Both. Every quest maps to a real learning outcome (math, literacy, science). Kids hit national milestones while doing rocket-drop tests instead of worksheets. Outcomes are tracked, never via fear.
Most kids start quiet. There’s no forced spotlight — small teams, optional roles, and a “narrator vs. builder” split so kids find their lane first. They choose when to go loud.
No letter grades under Year 7. Instead: a living portfolio, skill badges, and three Demo Days a year where kids present their work. You’ll see the proof, not a number.
Yes — and it’s a feature. Older students “buddy” younger ones on quests, run studios and mentor the robotics teams. The mixed-age hall is where most friendships form.
It’s the floor, not the filler. Every morning opens with a focused “core hour”; afternoons are quests that force you to use it. Kids leave with half the numbers and twice the reason to calculate.
